Meet the Team

I founded CFCI in 2002 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Hobbies include reading, volunteering, spending time with pets, yoga and exploring Colorado.

I have been in the field since 1998; a BCBA since 2005. I am passionate about the differences we make in all we serve, I love hiking with my dogs and yoga. I live in Northern CO, and enjoy hiking around Boulder and the Rocky Mountains.

I am a BCBA and the Operations Manager for CFCI.  I started with this wonderful company over 20 years ago.  I help departments and staff function to the best of their abilities.  I live in the Denver Metro area.  My hobbies include pets, writing, thinking and engaging in big ideas and enjoying my family and friends.

I have worked in the field for just over a decade and have been with CFCI for 3.5 years. I am originally from Kansas City, MO. I am a big sports fan, but I most enjoy spending time with my family which includes my wife, toddler daughter, and two dogs. We like to spend time outside and laugh as much as possible! 

I enjoy snowboarding and my dogs! I have been in the ABA field for 8 years, and with CFCI for 2 years. I live in Colorado Springs and support the Southern Region of Colorado.

I've been a BCBA for 3.5 years and have been in the field of ABA since 2014. I have been with CFCI from almost 2 years. I have 3 children of my own and I enjoy doing farm things and going on adventures with my family. I also like to relax with a good book.

Annika uses an active approach when it comes to supporting her clients in learning different skills such as emotional regulation or assertive communication and pays close attention to the individual connection between body, mind, and soul.  In her free time, Annika enjoys riding her horses, hiking, going to church, and spending time with her family.  

I am a wraparound facilitator and coach that has been working in high-fidelity wraparound since 2019 and have been with CFCI since 2020. My focus is on supporting families and professionals wherever they are with the difficult things that life throws our way. I live in the northern Colorado area supporting families across the entire state.

I have worked at CFCI for nearly 10 years. I love animals and would like to open a rescue one day.  I also moved from UK to Colorado in 2006.

I live in Trinidad Colorado and started at the company as the receptionist for the Trinidad Center in 2021. My hobbies include art of various mediums, baking and cake decorating, video games, anime, and table top card/rpg games. 

I have worked in bookkeeping for 12 years. I have lived in Colorado my whole life and love the mountains, I like to off-road,  paddleboard and hike. My hobbies include painting, stained glass, crocheting and baking.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and two cats.

I have been with CFCI since 2020, and I have been working in the realm of authorizations, billing, claims, and insurance related to developmental and neurodivergent diagnoses since 2014. I am also an avid thrifter, experienced off-roader, lover of dogs, and an eager traveler.

I have been on CFCI's HR Team since 2021. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, sports, and music.

I am very passionate about making people happy in and out of my role. Outside of work you can find me reading, writing, organizing anything I can, and cuddling with my 11 year old puggle, Rocky.
